How are they judged ?

Could you please tell me the way an apbt has to be judged , in a show , and if you think that the breed needs to keep true to a confiormation standard as well as to a work standard , because they are all in all working dogs.

I have allways wounderd how they can judge the "bullies"? wich standard are they comparing it to? Is it a special dog that they use as standard?
