can down pastern be corrected? what is usally the cause of this condition?? tnx

http://www.ukcpitbull.com/pasterns-graphic_0000.jpgits not really a health issue...more of a show issue...causes ..bad breeding,big chains..if it was a broken pastern a cast..so im going to say NO!
the dog cut his leg, so I'm thinking, maybe because it's just painfull so he is doing that on purpose... he had his cut sutured two days ago... hmm.... If the dog is all healed and good, is it possible for him to recover his stance/stack?

tnx.......:)you wont know until he is fully healed...i must not have understood your first question.
how about weak pastern? how can this be corrected? some say it can be corrected wih calcium supplements, some say glucosamine.... some even say reduction of protein in their diet......anybody here who has corrected a weak pastern??

I've heard that lots of exercise on semi-rough surfaces will help. (I've had a few say to work the dog out on gravel.) Sensible supplementation with calcium, possibly.
