Is it just me or does this female appear to have a little worse than "localized" Demodetic Mange?

If so, why someone would impregnate a bitch with mange escapes me (other than grocery money of course). This is the second time this girl has been bred, and there has been a for sale sign on their site for about 6-8 months now.

Im not bashing, because Im not providing the Kennel's name, but before I make a phone call...I wanted a second opinion on what this picture appears to reveal.

I dont particularly like either of the dogs.
That could be a couple things - but most likely mange.

Im surprised he is able to sell the pups with mom looking like that.
Dont people want to see the parents anymore? lol

it does not look good to me, and they should not be breeding that dog....

The female does not look to be in the best of condition as far as skin issues are concerned, but IMO it doesn't look like mange to me. Looks more like flea irritation or allergies, it could be one of a million causes out there but with the weather we are having and the increase in fleas we have seen this year as a whole I would be more suspect of that than any form of mange. As far as breeding the two, well like Marty put it two dogs F****** doesn't make them worth anything for breeding hell any dog thats are intact can do that, I would be more curious as to what they have done to be breed worthy.
