I'm new to this so how do i read a ped and know what bloodline is what like how would i know a rascal or jeep or redboy or eli and so on so on thanks 4 the help

Here is a good article for starters www.gamedogs.com/pedigrees.htm (http://www.gamedogs.com/pedigrees.htm) . Also you need to know something about all of the dogs that are showing up as ancestors in a pedigree. For example, if Screamin'Eagles Achilles shows up in a ped, and you have no idea who he is or what he's done that will mean nothing. At the same time, if Garner's Chinaman shows up in three of the last four generations...that's a different story. THere are many threads on this forum that offer help in this area. Just run a search. If you have a specific pedigree that you have questions about post it, and many memebers will be willing to share their opinions.
