I used it for a while for my Dogo's coat, and to be honest, I didn't see an improvement that I felt was worth the price of the supplement. It was more worth it to simply buy a better food.

I am using it now. Got it originally to dry up my dogs weepy eyes. Put a shine on the one dogs coat. The eyes are somewhat better but I read where putting local honey in your dogs food daily works wonders for allergies, which I reckon is what she has. Won't replenish my supply of missing link. Going to a different product.

If you dont buy junk food like purina, pedigree, science diet, etc......most of the "problems" that supps like Missing Link or NuVet provide will go away - Simply with a better diet. Besides, the cost of a premium feed is alot less than that of a junk feed with added supps.

I personally dont like supplements, especially for an average house/yard dog. I've had one dog with a skin problem that I continually used a supplement for...that's it. With a premium quality kibble, you should be able to NOT supplement the dogs diet with those expensive powders & such.

if u feed the dog a high quality feed u don't need any supplements, do u feel the dog is not doing good on canidae? I agree..if your are feeding quality feed, you shoud not nees a supplement...of any kind.
However, there are a lot of people thay say canidea THAT great....if you see lack of health in coat, energy or anything, I would suggest chaniging food...if not then I would leave well enough alone!
