I've actually ordered a couple things from them on different occasions. Got everything I've ordered so far. They even send a catalog with your order.

How recent is "recently"? I've ordered from them in the past few months, with no problems.

I haven't ordered book from them, but my partner has. I'll ask him probably tomarrow.

I can tell you now, I read both of what he ordered and they were in absolutely perfect condition-so how they shipped them worked. No scratches, bent corners, nothing like that :)

Shipping has always been fairly quick, once they notified me the order had been run through, it took maybe 4-5 days.
