Allizey is like 12 wks going on 13 wks i cant figure out a good workout for her to help keep her in shape. I usually walk her everyday for like 30-45 min at most is that too much or too less. i know alot of her muscle mass and size will come from her genetics but i juss wanna keep her in shape. So wut would be a good workout for her?

90% of pups will be "chunky" and should be. But there are pups that stay slim and "in shape" looking but it is just genetics. Just let your pup be fat and healthy while she can ;)

just let the puppy be a puppy let em play and chase the ball no need to run the dog now not good for the pups growing joints

Puppies should not be in a rigorous workout program. Puppies need to play and have regular exercise like fetch and hand walking and running around the yard
You don't want to do too much because it can stress the growing and developing joints.
Make sure not to let the pup get FAT though and feed nutritious food
Enjoy your puppy

So wut would be a good workout for her?puppies need to have a puppy hood, just like children need to have a child hood.at that age their job is to play, learn to go to the bathroom outside if they are to be inside dogs, learn you are the boss of the house hold and learn some of the rules of the house and their name.thats it till 6 months old,i call the prior informal training and getting to know you.the more you pet and play with her and just let her be a puppy the better she will respond to you.the at 6 months you can start formal training like sit, stay, come, down, heel and the like.puppy play is enough for her till around a year old.you can start tug,and jogging short spurts with her and the like.nothing to major.then when she hits about a year year and a half you can start on your treadmill work, flirt pole, spring pole, cat mill and the like and she will be in tip top shape for the rest of her life.but for now just let her enjoy life and being a puppy.

So wut i should do is cut back on her hand walks then to like what twice a week? She already know how to sit on command(for the most part it may take me a couple times to get her attention for her to do it) with or without treats for a reward and she also knows the "come" command too. i really dont see it being too bad to teach her basic command sit come stay and lay. right?

Walking and leash manners is the biggest thing you should be accomplishing at this age, as it sounds like you are doing. At that age, simply toss a ball in a fenced in area until they show they are tired, or grow board of it. No reason to overdo it, as everyone else has said "let a pup be a pup".
