Good Dogman Died Today

A very good guy died today in my area and i knew him personally. And he always went stictly by the book with his dogs and always had top notch dogs. Of course the news wants to take a mans death and turn it into a dog fighting thing just like they did with Westpenn Kennels its a shame. Bud you will be missed.

CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. -- Authorities say a man found shot to death in a mobile home on Mount Beluah Road in southern Catawba County had nearly two dozen pit bulls behind his home.


Investigators say of the 23 dogs, three are puppies. They say the pit bulls show signs they were used for fighting and Animal Control will pick them up.


The shooting victim's name has not been released and authorities have not made any arrests.

I am so sorry to hear this..and feel even worse about the media BS...I don't have a yard, I only have two dogs...but I worry about those that do have more than a few, and despise the ones that want to bring them down ...be it by stealing, killing, or giving this BS coverage in the event of a tragedy...or all of the above.

All authorities are on it, yet it's the same story as with Westpenn. Don't focus on what you KNOW happened, and is laying in front of your eyes, worry about what you SPECULATE some property on the scene MAY/MAY NOT HAVE been used for. There was a crime comitted, pursue that, and stop degrading this mans name with dog-fighting allegations.
