Peds Online complaint..

Ok so the other night I go ahead and pay for a peds online subscription. I hate bothering folks to look stuff up and what not.. so I paypal my $30 to pedsonline.. but I can't log on.. I get this message..

Login failed. Your email address has been validated. If you sent your payment you will receive instructions to logon by mail.


They gotta mail me instructions? Via snailmail? WTF? Sure didn't mind taking my money right away! Can anyone shed some light on this? I haven't recieved any email or anything else.

Send them an email and tell them what's up. You should've gotten an email pretty quick, at least within the next couple of hours.

give it a while...sometimes takes three to four days before they get back to you...dont worry...

I had a script to PO & they were got right back to me ASAP. But their operation has grown by leaps & bounds since I has involved, so perhaps it just takes longer for them t get back to folks now.

And my mail I believe they mean by e-mail.

Last time I checked, which has been awhile, you send them money and they return your instructions to your mailbox. Not your email account, your actual mailbox. The one with the red flag on the side of it. LOL. I haven't thought about joining them though. $30/yr for peds that may be incorrectly entered into the system. I can usually find any dog through any ped if I look hard enough. If not, I just browse along until I find a ped with a similar dog in it.

When I joined about 2 months ago. I had the same problem. I emailed then and I got a response in about 2 days with my login and password.
