Anyone have any ideas on this? She's 13 weeks old and is willing to go on walks as long as she's not near home. So I can drive her some where and she's fine but if I try to leave from my home she sits and doesn't want to leave. I've tried luring her with treats or just making her walk to no avail. Let me know if anyone else has had this problem, I never have. I keep thinking maybe she'll outgrow this but I don't want to wait too long.
