I'd like to remind everyone that pictures of themselves, and their dogs should be uploaded under "Members categories" 99% of the time. Unless you have a run of pictures from a dog show, please do not post them in "Dog Showing", as well as "Misc". This saves Staff alot of time, from having to switch all them over to the correct sections to show up in your user gallery.
Also, there is no need to upload the same image more then once. All images must be approved by a Staff member, before being allowed on the site. Unfortunately, we are not always around to validate these images the minute you upload them to the server. We try to get around to them in a timely manner, sometimes it will take a few hours however. This is especially true if uploading at a time when many members (including staff) are likely to not be on. If you have received an email warning from the site that "such and such image has been denied/deleted" 99.9% of the time it is because it is a duplicate picture of one we have already validated.
These are a few of the most problamatic issues we have been dealing with lately, and I felt a reminder may be in order. Following these guidelines, will insure your picture is likely to be processed more efficiently, with less strain on Moderators, and Administrators. Please keep these simple notifications in your memory when uploading a picture.
Thank you for your time.
