Finally one day i decided to ignore the cries and let him sit it out, he realized that mama wasnt gonna take him out just cause he was crying so he just stopped! Hasnt done it since...The peeing in crate thing, dunno what to say about that, mine just stopped peeing in the house & crate completely once he became "potty" trained!

Prolly not the best advice, but its something i guess...
Good luck!

IMO you probly just got a lil bit spoiled from your two older dogs being on a good schedual and forgot that pupies need a few more trips outside couse they cant hold it as well, as far as whining beagals are another high energy working dog and on top of that its a puppy so id say excersise the piss out of it lol http://www.game-dog.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif
any way do you train your beagal at all say for bunny hunting couse they too need to have a job its keeps them ocupied they have something to look forward to and all the same a tired puppy is a good puppy in a nut shell id just say this more trips out side more excersise ,and finally give the little working dog a job lol hope it helps ... good luck

make sure the kennel is not to big and take him out often. Dogs normally dont poop or urinater where they sleep unless they cant hold it or the kennel is to big.

also, clean out the cage thoroughly. Even though we can't smell anything, dogs can still smell their pee. Get a solution like Natures Miracle.
