This is just an update:
The investigators say they still don't know what has caused the death of 16 animals in the recalled food, but are focusing on the wheat-gluten in them. They are looking at the plants in Kansas and New Jersey.

Ppl are saying it took too long to disclose it and they are prbably going to be served with a lot of law suits.

Isn't it funny now all of a sudden everyone cares about their pets nutrition, but before this happened people just fed whatever was easiest to get and cheapest. I hope that company gets all types of law suits thrown at their asses, they deserve it for all the false info. they spread about their junk food

The Menu Foods recall covers pet foods sold throughout North America under the Iams, Nutro and Eukanuba labels. In Canada, the recall also covers Loblaw's President's Choice brand, as well as the house brands for Dominion, Sobeys and other supermarket chains.
