Great show over the weekend in Louisiana!

Well the show went great! The club kept things running smoothly and professionally. Thanks to them for a great show!

I met even more teriffic people and had quite a suprise to see the living legend from Louisiana there. He came both days and was more than willing to talk to everyone, and sign anything you wanted signed. F. B. is one hell of a nice man and one of the greats IMO. I felt honored to meet him!

Well the dogs did pretty good except for Nick. He got the goose egg! 0

On Saturday Lizzy took 2nd, and 3rd in her class of 16, and Bronson took 3rd place both shows in a class of 17.

On Sunday Lizzy did not place, and Bronson won his class and won Best Puppy of Show. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_33.gif

Did you take any other pictures as well?not a whole lot. i was there by myself so it's hard to show and work the camera...lol. i showed for somebody else some too. i took alot of my friends dogs at blaizen kennels but i don't wanna post their pics. i'm sure she will when she gets a minute or two. they did pretty good also. i took some of CSP's dogs for them also, but like i said don't wanna post their pics without their permission.

Congrats! I wish I had known that was you. I saw you there!

Unfortunately, I was there less than 15 minutes when I got a phone call from my dad saying my mom was being admitted to the hospital (complications from her recent back surgery this past Thursday). So I had to leave almost as soon as I got there. :(

That must've been something else.man it was something else! i looked up and thought....nah that ain't him. the more i looked there more i said yeah it is! it didn't take long for the whole place to get in a buzz that the man had arrived. it sent shivers down my spine! he was one of the nicest people i ever met. i got a pic of me and him but didn't know if i would be allowed to post it or not.

Got the pics coming as soon as they are approved. Had a great time at the show this weekend. What a professionally run event! The folks in Louisiana did a wonderful job. The hospitality made us feel so welcome!

Floyd said that this was one of the first shows he could remember that there was more people showing than in the audience. one of the ring stewards told me how many dogs were entered but alas can not recall, I do know it was well over 100 both days..
