Which excercises or methods condition these dogs and which muscles do those activities build?

I know spring pole and flirt pole is good for the shoulders, neck, back legs and back.

Rory's preffered method of exercise is swimming.

I preffer givng her exercises that promote strengthening and stamina in addition to typical muscle building exercises. It is onething for a dog to have a lot of muscles but they are healthier if they have a healthy heart. Dont get me wrong, I think the spring and flirt pole are awesome BUT it does not get the heart rate up like a good swim or run. I try to balance her exercise routine because my sister's dog works the pole only and cannot keep up with Rory in the field or in the water.
After 3 months of swimming Rory went from this......

Big difference and she can outrun the Dobie she plays with!
For the dyas when I just cant make the long run or walk I strap her doggy back pack on (as nerdy as that sounds), put sand in each side, and it gives a much more hearty work out. Anythime I can get her to sand I do because its much harder to run in sand then concrete and it also cushions her joints!

Roadwork with a bike and slatmill work are my preffered exercises! Works the whole body including the cardiovascular system!

I don't want this to become a personal thread about which excercise everyone prefers.Just because I answered it in a round about way dosnt mean you have to be such a dick......its obviously evident that swimming worked her chest muscles but if you cant gain that from my post then fuck you....and if I get kicked off of this forum for saying that then its very well worth it. Stop being a fucking Nazi or go open up your own damn forum. You ask a question leaving yourself open to any members answers and you can walk away with what info you can use and ignore the rest..............asshole grow up

WTF? I asked for anyone who post here to stay on topic. I didn't want this to a thread about everyones personal preference as yalls dear friend Lipship had done. Funny how no-one jumped down her(obviously) throat when she was the only one who couldn't resist trying to argue on my other thread. That seemed to be ok, but yet I'm the dick. Women:rolleyes:! I have a right to ask for people to post what I feel would be educational to others while she and others have the right to respond to a thread especially when they aren't contributing to the thread as yalls dear friend Lipship has done in a previous thread of mine.

Just forget about the whole thread, I'll search for articles relating instead of trying to find someone educated enough here.

So just out of curiosity did you really feel that I wasnt contributing to the thread?

I supplied a technique
The muscles it works
and even provided a example

So I dont RUIN anymore of your threads please tell me how I inccorrectly answered your question....I'm not being a smart ass this time either, I truly want to know.
And since we can make requests please stop assuming that because of our first altercation I am replying to your posts out of malice........I tried to help out even more this time becasue of our previous misunderstanding
