That underbite (and something else I can't quite put my finger on...) makes me think boxer for some reason, lol, but who knows. She cute though.
Pictures are so decieving. She looks like she would be huge!

Yes, boxer is what I had thought of as well, I just cant get over how tiny she is. I wouldnt have believed him when he said she was that old but I've seen her around for at least a year. Seriously she is so tiny and delicate I cant beleive it, I'm 5'2 and she dosnt even reach my knee, she's about the size of a Beagle, no joke but boy is she sassy to otehr dogs. A big huge Lab walked by and she was throwing a fit.....but right now she's just curled up on the rug staring at me, ha ha

Beautiful dog!! I was thinking on the american bulldog side when I saw the ears but I also see a resemblence to boxer too. Any case, VERY GOOD LOOKING DOG.

She's so cute!
I myself don't see any Boxer in her at all, but with a dog of unknown background, you never know.
I have 2 double bred grandaughters to Chubrock's Joe Black. He throws underbites. Here is one of my Joe females, Biscuit:

She is small too (30 lbs c.w.) & also undershot. Heck, she is probably more undershot than Brea! But Biscuit is a pure bred pit bull.
I have seen several undershot bulldogs, so I wouldn't judge the purity of a dog buy it's bite.
JMHO ... ;)

what an adorable dog.......
ABK: yours too.....what a face!!!!!
Thanks! :p
Here is her sister Bailey at a Halloween "RoverLution" BSL rally:

As you can see, her costume was a prisoner, whic I thought was appropriate for a BSL rally. But she didn't want to wear her little hat though. lol.
But back to the point - she is undershot like her sister, but again, is a purebred pit bull.
(BTW, this is the same dog one of the rally members asked me if she was part chihuahua!)

abk~ your pic is the perfict mix of my male and female... my female has an underbite, prolly the only one out of that litter, and my male(her litter mate) does not. i wish i could get in contact with whom i got them from cause i'd like to know if the others have an underbite as well.
Thanks for the kind words guys! :p
Neither their father nor their mother are undershot, but if you inbreed on the grandfather Joe Black, undershot dogs are almost always produced (my 2 are inbred on Joe). I do not know if Joe himself is undershot, but I assume he is, as his owner once descibed his appearance to me as a "boston terrier on steroids." But if he is bred out no underbites are produced. My bitch Smokey is also slightly undershot, but has never produced an undershot puppy, even when inbred.
Go figure. (*shrugs*)
