Update on the pup with puppy strangles

Hey just wanted to tell everyone that that pup I took in with puppy strangles is doign alot better. I have had him on medications given by the vet and it is clearing up verry well. I,ll get some before and after pictures asoon as it totally clears up.

Thats good to hear Sedalia, they look sooooo ratty during treatment LOL. Loosing chunks of hair, bald patches everywhere. I got lucky with my Vet and the diagnosis, he had just so happened to have treated a boxer pup with the same condition just previous to our pup going in that he was familiar with this condition. Scary about the lymph nodes swelling though.

well when I got him he was like having an apple on his neck and like pimples and loss of hair around his face swelling cracking and bleeding. Now all that has scabed up and went away swelling is down to a minimual and the little apple on his neck has gotten soft and about gone.

Aww, that sounds awful. Poor little guy. Glad to hear he's doing better. You did a very great thing taking this pup in. Now we need some pics.
