Little Bumps

I just noticed my new pup has little red bumps inside her ears. Any idea what it could be?

Flea bites maybe?

yeah, could be anything from allergies to parasites

switch anything lately? food, bedding, etc???
any other dogs scratching?

just keep an eye on the ears, to be certain they don't get worse.
if so, you know what i'm gunna tell yah

sounds to me like flea or possiably ant bites if she sleeps with her head on the ground.if you switched feeds or anything thats a possiabilty also.like suki said just keep an eye on it and if it doesn't clear up or it gets worse take her to your vet.
