Could be signs of fatigue, how many times a week are u working the dog really hard, and how long are the work sessions. What food is the dog currently on and how much is he fed a day, do u warm the dog up before intense workout or do u jump right into the intense stuff?

Our old man Dogo does that after he's spent a little bit chasing Loki around. Its gotten more pronounced the older he's gotten, so the assumption is its fatigue. He seems to have no problems otherwise.

thanks fo the replys, he is almost 2 years old, he is on a raw diet, this happens just as soon as he plays for about 10 minutes hard, so its not only when hes worked hard but when hes very well rested, and hes done this all his life. yes i warm him up before heavy exersize, the trembling starts right away and usally after a long fast paced trot it stopes usally weird huh? hes a very healthy dog this just has me puzzled hope i answered all your questions

Sometimes a very high drive dog may shake lierally with excitement. As other have said it could be fatigue which I would kind of worry about in a dog so young who isn't really playing hard.
You may want to just get the dogs overall structure hips knees and elbows at least checked out on your next scheduled vet visit as well as the heart for murmurs

Potassium and calcium is lacking most likely. Just like people get when we over do it. I get those too because my high blood pressure meds make me urinate that stuff out so I have to take it in pill form in so I don't cramp up while working the dogs. I am the one with the twitching legs lol. No worries just step up the intake of those electrolites.

I shake if I look at an ab machine. lol I got one of those ab loungers for Christ's Mass. I have found the work out starts when I am trying to escape the thing and get out of it. I suppose I need it. Nothing says a statement like a relative getting you something like that for Christ's Mass. lol. I was like oh boy gee thanks what are you trying to say? lol Oh well. I use it. It is painful and torchure. Been using the bike thing too. The grenade thing made it where I can't run any more so I have work to keep from getting too round. err ya. Or is it I need to get less round now. something anyway.http://www.game-dog.com/forums/images/icons/icon11.gif
