Big fan of the Mayday but can't stand the Chinaman though. But here is a great mix...

Why don't you like chinaman? It's one of the best lines IMO.

The first REAL pit I ever met was a Chinaman/Mayday dog. Absolutely beautiful ...but I have no idea if she had any working ability.

You know, if I were looking to do a Chinaman to Mayday cross I'd be looking for Mayday blood off of Haunch thats heavy in the Hollingsworth/Patrick blood. That blood (Bolio) added to Chinaman= Frisco. Both the Redboy/Jocko stuff and the Eli/Snooty stuff seem have some similar qualitys and both really are helped by the addition of Bolio blood.
Just thought I'd throw that out there for discussion.

Agreed pennsooner. The frisco/bolio cross is proven, of course the mayday/chinaman clicks as well, being bred nearly the same, if not THE same. Only diffrence is a shot of redboy...which never hurt nothin!
