glowing user name question

I purchased an orange glowing user name in May, but noticed that it isnt working any longer. What happened to it and how do I get it back? Thanks

Same problem here. I "bought" it yesterday with noe results. I too am using IE.

I know Shon was thinking of doing away with ushop awhile ago since it just took up too much needed space on the site. If the link is still there, I'd guess something just isnt working right since we switched servers. Just a guess, have to forward this to Shon and see if he can give ya an answer ;)
