bumps on dogs back

my female has bumps on her back the hair has started to come off of the bumps. The bumps are medium sized and in the middle of her shoulder blades. I put nustock on her any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest having a skin scrape done. It could be nothing or it could be anything ranging from dermatitis to a bacterial infection to a fungal infection to mange.

Thanks for the advice I took her to the vet today. He said it was hives she must have gotten something from the tree when I moved her. He gave me some meds for the hives and some kind of steriods to help her.
