your fantasy dog?? what bloodline ??

if you were gonna build your own dog from ground up
what would that dog contain in bloodline
what im asking basically is .....
if given the opportunity to get and mix any bloodline or
run inline breeding however you would do it
what would you do to make the dog of your dreams??
its an exercise to pass knowlege on the how and whys
of bloodlines, champions and etc

becuz of the duality in some peoples preference i was leaving that up in the air for them who decide to answer it
my preference is a dog that can master tasks given to it
whether its agility(i love that sport) pull dogs(need drive)
that would be for the fun of it
im past the testing a dog with wild game or pitting dog vs dog
fine for others but not really for me,
so i would guess for me (only me) a sporting dog with the ability
to service the community.. i help the local area search and rescue
but i really want my dogs to be part of it.. that would make life so
rewarding..for me and them
like i said thats me ...i want to see the whys behind everyone else
perference so i can learn about all aspects of this versitile dog

The pit bull is a great dog. My favorite. Still there are things that other dogs can do just as good or maybe a little better. I know that will get everyone going.
For search and rescue I would choose another breed. Several reasons, other breeds are easier to handle without the thought in the back of your mind they may turn on at any time. Also to some person who you are searching for may not think a pit bull is there to help them. Other people with search and rescue dogs may not really enjoy taking their dogs around a pit bull.
I am not trying to talk you out of doing what you enjoy with your dogs, just giving a few ideas to think about.

absolutely a great thought.....usually here abouts they are kept at the
end of a long leash.. i dont know if i would try to make a cadaver dog or
dog that works off leash independantly out of mine.. prophecy love for
childern ( not as lunch!!) is an asset.. she watches them and ok maybe
slobbers on them , i thought with all the kids that come up missing it
would be good ...as a volunteer you select the search you go on

I wouldn't care about what bloodline. But give me a 40-55 pound rednose dog. Preferably a rich, deep red with good pigment. With good natural ears. Good front and rear angulation, plenty of leg, moderate bone, good topline and tailset. Tight feet, good drop to chest, moderate forechest. Nice arch to the neck and a strong head with strong, correct teeth. Slap on a fair bit of working drive and a bombproof temperament with people. And I'll make him the UKC Superdog and a dual Grand. Then if he can produce himself, that'd be the icing on the cake.
