A real thorough glossary would definately be the ticket.

Sounds tight, If you need answers people could post good faqs or answers and you could put them in the Glossary.

A glossary would be good.Including medical definitions ,etc..

I think it's a great Idea. Would help with education. And the FAQ's and answers is an excellent Idea too.
