Question about razors edge bloodline

ok i was reading about a petition but i cant get the site to come up and i was wondering is it just razoredge or other similar lines going to be effected also (grapevine, greyline) blues in general or what please let me know im curious about the whole situation

i think if it passes,they will be pulling the papers on all the bluff bred dogs.in case you dont know a bluff is those huge 150 pounders with the lopsided over sized head.but a dog being blue doesnt have anything to do with them pulling the papers,it is solely based on the bully dogs as they call em,and the reason for that is because they fessed up finaly and told the truth about them mixing other dogs in their ''bloodline'' to get that look and size.so it is nothing to worry about unless you own the hippo dogs.

the way it would look is the papers from UKC would be pulled.

I am sorta confused about your concern though. They admitted that they bred the dogs with other breeds...so why SHOULD it stay registered as a pit under UKC?

I mean think of it like this....John Doe breeds a pit bull with a beagle, and does a bunch of breeding to get some sort of desired effect, now somehow these new PEAGLEs are registered in the UKC as pitbulls. I don't see how this is right etc. I mean it is false advertising and all.

Sure it might make a decent PETbull mix, etc. I dont know, I have heard that the UKC is pretty messed up anyway.

I think this whole petition thing is stupid because not all RE dogs look like EB or are mixed I know UKC show people that have RE dogs that came from Dave wilsons older stuff. So is it fair to terminate their papers?

do some research he got knuckles from kimmar kennels i believe , some dogs he got from gaff kennels,york . knuckles is a dog many breeders had used ( with in the RE bloodline)

Well i read through this thing and i must say a few things...First i realize this is a game dog site and any line with the blue trait isnt exactly smiled upon..But i noticed someone said grapevine dogs were bred for the same stuff as razors edge...Thats just not true...Tom Sasselli owner of grapevine kennels bred his dogs as working dogs..He looked at his dogs...They are from the watchdog strain and Casey Couterier owner of Watchdog kennels bred his dogs for the catch pen...I personally have been using the Watchdog strain of dogs for years and all my dogs are Working dogs..Meaning they perform competitvly in the catch pen weight pull track and some could make the show ring..I realize the majority of these dogs wont go an hour in the box but the majority of the supposed game dogs of today wont either..Any way off the subject..lol I hear that there wanting to pull the dogs with razors edge in the first 3 gens

Hard to find good Ruffian blood,as most of it has deviated from the standard...Gamedogs are where you find em. What I fed and what your reffering to is likely to be different animals.....Anywho,Im familuar with the peds.

However it is hard to defend the charactor of any breeder that strictly breeds for show and purposely breeds away from the standard. IMO many of them repersent the poorest of examples of the breed.....knowingly breeding currs.

Only to attempt to evolve the APBT .......Yank those papers!

You have absolutely no clue as to what you are talking about when saying most of the supposed game dogs won't go an hour in the box. So all UKC breeders even with pure apbt and AKc breeders are just flat out liars and they cant be trusted thanks for that tip. all of those breeders are breeding to there registry standard and not the ADBA standard. so again how are they breeding away from the standad?
