This could be a sign of multiple things that are not treatable by you. The dog might have parvo or a parasite called coccidia. How old is your dog and how current are the dogs vaccines? This might be something very serious. Usually a dog does not have diarrhea for more than a movement or two unless it is something much more serious. You might want to get your animal to a vet ASAP.

shes only 7 months but i think it might be worms...i just de-wormed her today...shes been acting normal and i got her new food...hope this will do the trick and if not, i plan to take her to the vet...thx!

if it's getting worse instead of better, MOST definitly take that dog to the vet.

In the mean time, be sure she is getting small amounts (at a time) of fluids to avoid dehydration=VERY important. Stop her food. IF and ONLY if she can hold down the water, then, feed bland=steamed rice, and boiled chicken. Again, small amounts.
IMHO, I would get her checked tho. 3 days is too long...
