iv been looking at the breed standerds but i cant find measurements im trying to keep a log of gunners grotwh but i cant find measurements or what the norm is so if any one has any websites or links it would be agreat help i also searched here but i couldnt find anything helpful so if this has been talked about before and i missed it sorry but if u could show me the post that would be great too

I've never understood the need to measure a dog? Can someone please elaborate for me....
I always see it with these overdone bully mutts. "12 inches at the withers...23 inch head!" blah blah.

well to be honest my new dog is a how did u put it an over done bully mutt lol but i love him all the same and i dont clam him aas a pitbull just for the record im sure theres some amstaff in him some where but ill be posting a ped for him soon so people can tell me waht they think even thow his not most peoples cup of tea but its good to know what people think but if any one could answer my question it would be greaty appercatied

Well that explains it. Height is measured to the top of the shoulder blades if I'm not mistaken.
