Hard to understand what you saying millmaker? but just because one mill spins more than another doesnt make that mill better but it all depends on that persons perception of what he thinks a good mill should be for his conditioning program. For example some people will look for the most easiest free turning mill they can find and some people look for the hardest turning mill they can find or some people will look for a mill that is not to easy turning but not too hard turning a mill that is just right for them. What I suggest to you is too buy one of there mills and do a comparason test with your own mills and then if you feel there mill is good you can modify your own mills to make them even better.

Good post Saiyagin. I don't know about all mills, but the one I own has a brake on it. so I can adjust the tension of the belt. This allows me one or the there, frees spin tighter spin.

I responded back yesterday but I guess that it got deleted when the site went down. Anyhow I couldn't tell you bro. I got it from a guy out here who no longer needed it. When I get a chance I'll take some more pics and get them to you.
