Anyone know where i can get some weights for dogs, not the collar kind , but for the ankles or a heavy vest of some kind, I take out my dog for 1hr walks along the mountain preserves and he seems to to take it real well, want to add some muscle to him. Thanks.

Like with everything in life.....do you know what you are doing?

I have used weights on my dog but studied in depth before commencing and still made some errors in the process. Although you can imagine the benefits, the reprecussions of an error could cripple your dog for life.

I am sorry if it sounds harsh, do not mean to insult you in any way. I just want what is best for our dogs even when they are not under my ownership.

best advice i could give ya is just let the dog build his own natural muscle, you wont run into any problems with him doing that like you can with weights.if he is a younger pup trust me he will build sufficent muscle on his own.

WEight pulling or weight trainings is OK but just don't forget to give your bulldogs a joint suppliment to avoid problems.JMHO!!!
