http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YN9t1rv4pj4Like I said before it looks like he had a stroke. The dog was old. It isn't gonna be in tip top shape. He was supposedly 19 YEARS old. He couldn't have been all that abused or neglected to have lived that long.
