1º - What up Paco, this is Regis from D-RailedKennels I was woundering if you were a victim of Bill also. He got us for $1600 for two dogs that were suppose to be off of carmen/blindbilly and apache/stormy.
2º- HesAThief (no login) He almost got me too! August 19 2006, 9:47 PM I wanted to buy some pups from a particular breeder whom he says he knows real well, apparently he told me he new the breeder real well and that he doesnt sell nor ship pups/dogs. he then said he could get the pups for me as he knows him real well. he wanted me to send him alot of money upfront so he can drive some hours to pick the pups up and ship it to me. Luckily i didnt! I found out from another source that this breeder does sell and ship.Watch Out!! For SEARK....he is a thief!!
3º- A) I, too, have had a recent "misunderstanding" with Bill. I spoke with him last night, however, and he's agreed to make it right by sending my money back. I think that's all a fair dogman can do. I'll let you know how it all plays out.

I never have and never will let any dogs off Blassom leave my yard and bill knew this!!! SEARK Kennels NEVER EVER EVER EVER had that CH Cortez pup in his possesion!!! I've had that pup on my yard ever since she left BST hands. The ****er thought he was going to screw me on the deal but i smelled some **** in the game! SOOOOOOOOOOO I did him instead. I truly thought this guy was a respectable dogman who was trying to aquire some good dogs! ANYBODY WITH ANY QUESTION ABOUT THIS SITUATION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AND I WILL HELP YOU OUT AS BEST I CAN

5º- This guy Bill (seark) has turned out to be the most crooked and lying thief I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. He has flat out lyed about dogs he's owned that were really someone elses and then advertised these dogs for sale and taken peoples money in this manner. This is a very deceiving and spineless way of theft. Don't like to put someone out like this, but would hate to see any more blue collar dogmen get burned by this guy.

- I have been thanking for much your testimony to you DIRTTOWN, since for not long time ago and in this same place of online-pedigrees, there was much people who did not believe to me and even they made fun of me when I spoke of the thief of BILL BARNES of SEARK KENNELS. 6º- Bill Barnes or Seark kennels came to my yard about a year ago claiming to be an honest dogman that just wanted to buy quality dogs.He was calling me at least once a week to inquire about my health and of course the conversation turned to my dogs. He was only trying to get as much info on my dogs as he could!I finally sold him 3 pups, but only out crosses, no tight bred stuff because I Didnt know him well enough or trust him that much. He started advertising my dogs saying he had them on his yard and selling breedings to my studs that he never had access to. He also sold pups claiming they were out of my stock that he never had. I have talked to everyone that sent me a phone# that was involved in Bills phoney breedings. NO ONE has recieved any paper work and a couple didnt even recieve pups, phoney or not. He is a liar and thief. I hope everyone watches out for this guy!

For enough time ago, we have been having been single fighting with this very intelligent guy and nobody believed to us, since this man has a great capacity to convince people, since he has an enormous intelligence, but directed to make BADLY. Have much taken care of with this man, is able to deceive and to confuse the same demon, as I said previously, he is very INTELLIGENT, do not forget it please.
Mariano says to me, that will be interesting that those that know BILL BARNES of SEARK KENNELS in person describe it; age, appearance, etc. Since this guy also is made happen through other people with different names to commit his crimes and those fans who do not know him, they will be imprisoned very easy for him being it even unmasked like SWINDLER, LIAR and THIEF from Online-Pedigrees. We are sure that BILL BARNES of SEARK KENNELS to swindled to very many people with very much and different names.

He said to send him the payment for the two pups i wanted and he'll drive down personally to pick them up and ship it to me, luckily i didnt! I knew he was full of shit from the get go. WayOfLife

Thank you for your comment.I do feel bad that people we taken in by this guy. I have lost a lot too. I am an old man now (70) and have spent the last 50 years of my life devoted to the breed. I love my dogs! Bill counted on tne fact that I would never go online. I have remained reculsive because of dishonest dog men like Bill. I do occasionally sell, but am selective because I want to know I am dealing with honest dog men that will take good care of my dogs. Bill took all my years of work and used it to his advantage.We all lose when people like Bill get into the game.At this point, I am very discouraged with it all, but I will try to help others that have been taken in.
