Technically speaking, they are the same. However, most of the time when people say "Crate" it only means the small dog crates. When someone says kennel, they can be refering to a "crate" or a larger dog-run.
A choke collar is used for correction training on walks. If you run a forum search, you will find people who can go into detail much more than I can.
As for breeders, we do not allow studs/pups/dogs for sale/etc to be posted on the board, sorry.

a kennel is more the outdoor, larger, caged in areas that a dog lives in,,a crate is the smaller "cage",,although,,when I want my dogs to go in their respective crates I always give the command "kennel up"

A crate is just big enough for a dog to turn around comfortably in. I'm including a picture of China in her's. A kennel is usually around 10x10ft and 6 feet high. Kennels are usually made of chainlink fencing. A choke chain is used as a training tool. They can be harmful to your dog if used wrong so if your planning on getting one ask a professional how to use it. IMO pinch collars are better. They are more effective and safer. They look kinda scary and you should ask a pro how to use one of these as well. What are you looking for in a dog? I can try to help you find a good breeder if you want but we'll have to do it through PMs or email.
#1. China in her crate. I put dog beds in as long as they don't chew them.
#2. The choke chain.
#3. The choke chain in it's correct position behind the ears. When it is pulled tight there should be 2 to 3 inches of extra chain. There is a little to much in the pic I just took because this one is Mia's and I can't find China's.
#4. The pinch collar. I use a regular collar with it because it helps keep it behind the ears where it should be. I also connect the two with a chain so if the pinch collar breaks I'm connected to the regular collar by the chain. This has prevented all hell from breaking loose twice.
#5. The pinch collar in the correct position without the collar.
