There are plenty of good dogs heavy on Buck blood, and they arent exactly hiding. Ask around in your area, someone will know. If not, you are hanging out with the wrong types of people!

Nope, I dont have a "yard". When I can expand, I will undoubtedly get my hands on some various strains of patricks/redboy/jocko dogs, and try my hand. I trust the blood off Buck as good dogs, as off any other. Are you running anything off Buck? If so, bred to what, and hows it working for ya? Pm me if you wish...

Thanks for the replies. I just wanted to hear from people that use this stuff. Never had any experience with it. Is there a kennel that is really known for it? I am sure there are a lot breeding it but that doesnt make it good. Anyway thanks for the info.

I use the Buck X Boyles blood as my foundation by way of Stonecity Kennels stuff and STP! They are generally good all-around dogs that are smart, durable and game. Not known as hard biters or finishers but they do get the job done on a hunt! (Hog-hunting that is!)

Thanks for the info. How would I contact STP? Can't find anything on the net. What do think of a Buck X Nigerino cross?

Stone City is selling out, You may be able to get some nice stuff from them but it wont be cheap.Hence, anytime you read "Selling Out" and "wont be cheap" in the same sentence its better off to stay away....if reasons of serious cause make someone sell out I dont think price would be my first concern...maybe location then the new owner....maybe its about profit instead rather than the dogs best interest...look around first and take your time before jumping on a yard sell out or "rare" breeding that is a red alert stop and ask questions first situation...

Check out Evoultion Kennel's. They are running the very best Buck blood in the world. Dogs like Gr.Ch. Machobuck, Mr. Superbuck, Ch. Littlebuck, Ch. Awesomebuck, etc........

I have to disagree with you on Evo running the "very best Buck blood in the world". Gr.Ch. Machobuck is not producing, and he's been bred a ton, when compared to other Buck dogs like Dragon (RIP) and/or Bronze. Mr. Superbuck is a cur; if you don't know, don't ask. Ch. Littlebuck is a good one but doesn't belong to Evo. And one of my favorite dogs, Ch. Awesome Buck, is not a Buck dog but a RBJ/BT dog and Evo doesn't get any credit for that dog at all, other than taking the stud money from Chico to breed Macho. Kind of funny as Evo doesn't like Chico but wants to breed to his dog, his needs help. And to make notice the best bred Buck dog in the WORLD is here in TX too. I'll leave it to you or the topic poster to find out who he is if you don't know. Have a good one.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but I wasn't referring any dog in my post to Romellbuck. If you could explain yourself as to where in my post you thought I was talking about him I could probably help you with you want to know.

Oops. I actually re-read my post and if I'm not misatken you were asking about Rommellbuck being the best bred Buck dog right? If so then the answer is 'NO'.

So nikeballer06 the best Buck dog is in Texas? Is he close to Houston? I don't want to post specifics.

Well first I said the "best bred Buck dog" not "the best" as the claim "best" will start a big debate which will go off topic. The dog is sort of close to Houston as a drive to where the dog is isn't too long (I'm talking some hours).

Now I don't know too much about his actual breedings and what all are on the ground off of him but I think they are still young. I know there was one breeding to his half sister to preserve the blood really tight and to have a female heavy on the Buck blood too. Other than that I'm not sure what's up and coming from him. I wouldn't stray away from him if his owner gives anyone the opportunity to breed to him. I know he doesn't sell dogs. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

You're absolutely right. No hype needed for good dogs. Good luck with your breeding.

O yeah, I know all their dogs werent stolen, but some were and its a touchy subject so I wont get into all that but......the guy that had a "known" dog from them had the dog at stud on peds online. Pretty crooked when you consider the fact that he was one of the stolen dogs. Just be careful who you deal with.
