One visit they'd be cockapoos, the next they'd be cockachows, the next they'd be cocka- whatever crawled under her fence.
Just to humor her once I asked her if they had any vaccinations. She said "Oh yes, on the 30th of last mumf." Well, the last "mumf" was February.

I like Aussiedoodle and Bich-poo. What the hell, I'd be embarrassed to say "Yea, she's a bich-poo." Sounds like something you find in small piles in your back yard..lol. All they are is mutts with weird names.

You know whats real sad about this? You wouldn't believe the market for these pups!

The "nicest and most reputable" pet store in my area sells more of these pups than ANY purebred. The hospital I worked at offerred free first time exams to new owners who purchased a pup from this store and you wouldn't believe the variety of mixed breeds. A lot of them are real cute, I have to admitt, but it's crazy. There was a jack russel/poodle, I thought that was odd.

They also charge more for these pups than most of the purebreds... hell, they charge more for ALL their pups than most breeders!

We had a cockapoo when I was little. Cute little girl we got her for free she lived to 15yrs. old and she was dumb as a rock. I wouldn't pay for a mixed designer dog stupid back yard breeders. Ugh!!!

Ugh, yes, I see that magazine every time I go to Petsmart. It pisses me off. I've seen about 5 "Labradoodles" walking around this summer. I feel like telling the people they got RIPPED OFF. My Mom adopted a "cockapoo" when I was little, can you believe someone paid a "breeder" $800 for the little mutt? Yeah, he was cute, but he wasn't worth more than $20 to my Mom who adopted him.

yup, when i worked @ a clinic, people would bring in these $800.00 rip-offs (mostly labradoodles and goldendoodles) and they would act like they had a "rare" awesome dog..... had to bite my lip all the time.


I loved it though when they would talk about how these are the "perfect" dogs and dont shed bla bla bla, then as i take them off the table - you look down and notice the dog has left a pound of hair.... hehehe that got them to tuck tail and leave quick!

I remember at the park once I met some guy who had bought a designer dog from some petstore. The dog was an absolute mess, shivering, snarling, crying mess.
