I am not Indian or hindu but ok. I am going to India in a few months for a mission trip. So anyway. this is a gross act of cruelty and this persons balls should be removed and he set chained to a wall in prison beaten and let to hang there till the flies devoured his flesh. Giving him much time to repent of his dirty deeds and his sins before he meets the Maker of all and the final judge in his journey to explain why this poor little dog deserved to be treated as such and any other animal, person or beast that he has done likewise. Nothing we can do will top that punishment day. Justic must be served and actively searced. Waiting for a some one to club him in the head may not be soon enough. These sort of people have deep psycological problems and often treat children and wives the same as dogs and other animals. They are ravinous socialpathic individuals.

It was horrible what he did to that little puppy. the ball thing is less than deserved maybe they should be crushed in a vise or roasted over an open fire. Any form so that he does not breed and produce any offspring to carry on that trait. Cull him. He needs to be culled for sure.

i finally got to read it, that is AWFUL and SICK!!!
we had another situation with a bunch of kittens here not to long ago. a few kids threw them from a sunroof on a highway. it was a mess. those kids were never caught either!

I hope the people who rescued the puppy were able to give to give a description of the car. WHEN they are caught and sent to jail someone will know what they did and they will be punished.

These type of jerks (trying to be polite) need to remember that dogs are man's best friend, and that includes the Big Guy upstairs. Dog spelled backwards is God.

It takes a real big person to be able to do that to a puppy. They must be a low life that has no morals what so ever. And its pretty sad that they have to take their fustration out on a pup. Gee can you not go to the gym and take it out on the weights, do boxing, something besides abusing an animal?
