Any member interested in becoming a Moderator need only go to quick links and click on Group Memberships. Then go to join group beside Moderators. Members that apply should be active atleast every other day. There will also be a 3 week probationary period for new moderators. Thank you all for your contributions to this site. Hopefully it will keep going UPHill with your Help.

Moderators:
Moderators control the flow of information in the forum(s) that they have moderating abilities in. They should be more concerned with reading the actual posts and deciding what should be done with each one rather than posting. Once all of the posts have been read and a good decision made on whether they should stay, go, or be edited, they should then take their time and reply to what they want to reply to as long as they have got something positive to say.

Above all, moderators should always present themselves in a professional manner and represent the site in the correct way. There will be no exceptions made for acting in an unprofessional manner and all attempts of doing so will be handled accordingly. Any and all problems that moderators run into that they feel that they cannot handle in a professional manner; the problem should be immediately reported to the head moderator.

Well great, we would love to have you. Although many things won't change much, there will be a lot of changes, just be ready to continue to learn how everything works... learning is a great experience. :)
