Certian bloodlines may be have normal behavior that has to be manipulated by humans to make them aggressive, but some (especially dogs who are the result of being breed for generations along fighting or irresponsible lines) might naturally be prone to aggression. Probably a lot of pitbulls out there from both types of linages, as well as exceptions.
