I agree. Burn that sick f**k with a cigarette, every day for about 6 years, after you break his leg and punch him a few times....

people like that need to be NEUTER'D. i bet he would do the same damn thing to his kids (god forbid he have any). F*cking low life.... that is so wrong! Im glad he atleast got 3 years (though i WISH he got more!!), alot of countys give shit for sentences, like heres a month in jail, pay us $900.00 and whamo - your done... :P not right

I think the punishment should fit the crime!!!

I def agree that 3 years is not enough. But like you all have said, at least it's more than what they usually do to punish people like that. It's a shame though that the dog started to show aggression. That would have been a story for the headlines if he hadn't. "Abused pit bull overcomes the odds" or something like that.....RIP little buddy. It's a shame he was treated like that.

I wonder what they meant by, "became aggressive". If he wasn't aggressive already, I don't see how he could become aggressive.

If he wasn't aggressive already, I don't see how he could become aggressive.It means he became aggressive, he may not have shown signs of aggression at first, but as he healed he may have become aggressive. I mean wouldn't you be leery of people if they had beaten the sh*t outta you for so long, I know I would.

Yeah, Ozzy was so abused. I'm very glad to see him in jail, where his butt belongs. I just wish Ozzy, wasn't put down. Poor thing.
