I forwarded that link to the Mayor of Mulberry Arkansas. I also live in Arkansas. I sent him a very long letter a few hours ago. I am politically involved in this state as well as a Kennel, Farm and Business owner. Retired Special Forces MSgt. I love to chew out idiots. This should be sent to every City Mayor in the country.

Why is it "cute" when a ten pound dog viciously attacks someone or some animal? The person with the Pomeranian didn't even have updated rabies shots, let their dog run loose! and didn't have a license...and they are getting a measley $25 fine for each offense. It's just not funny!
