those ears are pretty long (they look prime to cut) but i promised myself after having cut my dogs ears that my next one will not have cut ears. either way she looks hot.

No, no, no, no, leave those beautiful ears alone......
She will grow into them and she will appreciate not having to risk her health going under anaesthetic to have cosmetic surgery done.
Many will say otherwise, but please leave those pretty ears alone.:)

We had our puppies ears cropped when she was little, and now i regret it. She looked so cute with the floppy ears, and now she only has problems. She is always getting dirt in them, and water, so shes always rubbing them on something, and i clean them out at least 2-3 times a week. Plus i felt so bad for her after it was done, cause all she did was lie around cause she was sore from it, so i would advise you to keep them the way they are, they are sooo cute!

i say no as well, i think their ears gives them some more personality ESP when they stick up in funny ways, i love natural ears.
BUT it is your dog, and your decision, if you want them done then get them done, just make sure you take care of them prop.
Though i dont like crop'd ears (and would never do it myself), this guy didnt look too bad (but i would have left them naty)

In my opinion i would get them done, just make sure to take him to a vet that is known for good cropping because my vet cropped my dogs ears more like a neo mastiff than a pit

Dont crop them. It is unnecessary and your dog will feel the pain. I felt sorry for my dog too because it is simply cosmetic surgery. They get dirty and can easily get infected if not well cleaned. I would never crop any dogs ear again

As far as i know there is a bit of a standard on ear cropping for different breeds and i know that the neo mastif is cropped very short compared to the standard pit crop which actually leaves some ear

I would crop them. Just have a regular pit bull crop done. I can email you some pictures. None of my dogs acted like getting cropped hurt they normal when they came home. and also none of the cropped dogs ears are any dirtier than the floppy dogs ears. You probably know this though because you have a cropped dog already.

I say leave them. Just b/c they look to long now, trust me, your dog will grow into them. A dog's ears will change up until the dog is about 8 to even 10 mo. old. Save your $250 & go buy him lots of fun toys. ;)
As far as i know there is a bit of a standard on ear cropping for different breeds and i know that the neo mastif is cropped very short compared to the standard pit crop which actually leaves some earNeopolitan Mastiffs don't have their ears cropped at all.
Please do a search on cropping. Cropping is pointless and only pleases and glamorizes the owners "accessory" approach to the dogs. For the sake of the dog leave it alone. This topic has been covered dozens of times. Please use the search button.
