What is ROM and POR?

I believe this has to do with champions produced. How does one obtain proof they produced champions since the [] is not legal?

I believe ROM is reward of merit? and POR means they produce champions or ROMs? I might be mistaken but thats what I got from what I've been reading.

por counts champ and winners 15 for males 10 for females

All of these titles are worthless nowadays that dogs aren't registered as true Ch. and Gr. Ch. Too many people throw these titles around like it is an easy thing to accomplish when actually the dogs on that list (before the SDJ and several other busts) were truly deserving of the title. Now it is used to sell puppies and pedigrees to people. The titles are thrown around without the work to back them.
