Puppy with eye and lip swelling

Hi Guys - Just wanted some advice. Last night I noticed that my 12 wk old puupy had his right eye almost swollen shut. He was still playing so we just kept on eye on him. Later that night when I took him out of his crate to go outside the swelling had switched to his other eye and lips? Any ideas? Today he seems fine.

sounds like an allergy,,must of stuck his face into something that didn't agree with him,,when one of my dogs was young his muzzle and eyes swelled,,we called it his Sharpei immitation

Talk to your vet about a benadryl dose. Try and locate the source that caused the reaction.

My first thought was some type of bug/spider bite. Kids dose of benedryl might help but check with vet first.
