I'd go with Gr. Ch. Spikey blood, or some Patrick stuff. Maverick and Black Angel/Lil' Gator dogs make a good cross also. A lot of people down here do Hammonds crosses with the Frisco stuff.
I just feel that doing any cross that involves Jeep, Red Boy, RBJ or a combination of these lines is pretty typical these days. Not bashing these lines, just they are everywhere.

Alligator/Rufus is a very nice cross to Chinaman/Frisco in my opinion.

I would stay away from the alligator line unless you have a lot of knowledge in breeding this line. IMO the alligator blood brings uncertanties to a line unless again, you have experience with it.

A buddy of mine has a pup from this breeding... I have a few pics of him (Bishop) on my gallery.

I work it a bit in the same kind of direction that you folks mention, I have the Mayday/Hollingsworth part as a quarter outcross. If I will breed another generation down from this litter I will bring it back into the Earl jr blood.
