The dog is the victim here. Those kids should be held responsible for this. It's good to see that some of the town's residents understand that in most cases it is the owners and not the dogs.

Ok, Here we go. I know this has probably no bearing, but, did anyone notice that the cat looked dead already and the dog was simply just carrying it? That could meen that the dog found a dead cat and decided to pick it up.

As for the neighborhood members. It is great that the residents are not discriminating against the breed. That is the real news that i got from it. The APBT was the victim in this case but at least the people who live in the area realize it. Lets just see if they will do anything about it for the dog.

Dogs chase cats all the time. Its the way the world works..The dog probably saw the cat, the kids probably said "Hey lets see what happens cuz we are idiots" and let the dog go. So how is it that the APBT is at fault at all here. Its nature for the dog to chase and, if it catches it, it should kill the damn cat.

Put the dip-shit kids in jail for animal cruelty and let the dog go to a good home. Dont just assume that the dog is at fault to keep some ignorant kids out of jail. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is me being angry.

The Pit is the victim in this story. He will probably be put down & the kids will get a slap on the hand. Then, they will go find a new dog & do it again.

its those stupid kis fault..they should be thrown in jail...why should the dog have to suffer for something his master wanted him to do?..i think its a typical case of a teen who has a pit and wants to show it off until things get out of control...

I think it is bull sh!t! Those kids are old enough to know better but they don't care. A dog is loyal to its owner and will do what it is taught. If this is what the kids are teaching their dog , they should not have dogs. Also they should be put in jail for animal cruelty. In this case it was just like them killing the cat themselves.......guns don't kill people, people kill people. Just like pits don't hurt people, people (some people) train pits to do bad things.
