Play tug-of-war with your dog, let him work a spring poll...There's many ways to work your dogs neck, but putting a big heavy chain on him is not a good idea..You may do more harm then good....

She Is About A 1yr And 2months. I Am Into Not A Big 100 Pound Dog But I Like The Little Muscle Builder Look She Is 51 Pds So Now I Am Trying To Put On The Muscle In Her Neck Because Hers Is Kinda Small And Does Tug Of War Really Help? And I Want To Build Up Her Shoulders.

walking and pulling will help her shoulders. just dont over work her. if she enjoys fetching things find a nice stick, small log, something with a little weight not so heavy that she has problems picking it up or you throwing it. the repatitons of picking it up and carrying back should help her neck. just use good judgement and dont use something heavy that will injure her.

the idea of the flirt pole is not to let her catch the lure. it is used mostly to help with speed and coordination.hope this helps
