how long does it take adba to send back papers of registration? they received my registration at feb. 17th and charged my credit card with 7 generation fee, show/pull card/ donation/ etc but i have yet to receive anything in the mail as of today. i tried calling but the line is ALWAYS busy. i've emailed but have yet to be responded to. getting frustrated.
