Question: If a dog has had all their shots up to date, does that mean the dog is completely immune to all diseases?

I am asking because this other person on the other forum is worried that a pup (which may have parvo) may have spread it to their adult dogs which are all up to date on shots). From my understanding, I thought older dogs with all shots are completely immune to such diseases

Im not an expert this is just what I think I think that shots just reduces the chance of getting dieses but I think the dog can still catch it but its a much much much smaller chance correct me if im wrong

all shots do is (basicallY) give your dog a small dose of the disease, so that their body can "build" antibodies and a defense against such disease. once they fight off the shot and build their immunity to that particular disease, there will be those disease fighters remaining in their blood for a period of time. if that dog contracts a disease or virus, if those fighters are still hangin around (up to date shots) their body will stand a GOOD CHANCE at fighting them off once again. Is does not mean they are invincable to that disease.
