How can I Dilute the paste? and will it have a long shelf life after Diluting.

you don't dilute the paste. you give the dog a small dose of the paste. how much does the doog weigh you are worming?

Well the last time I went to the vet she sold me some Strongid C Dewormer.
It is in Liquid form, so I thought they just Dilute the Paste. I have 2 pits one is about 70 lbs and the other is about 75/80 lbs. I have herd they Dilute the Paste with Propylene Glycol, but I wanted to make sure.
