For a fun show yes except ADBA where you will need to get it a special registration
Point shows NO unless you are competeing with the CKC if they hold weight pulls
I do not know if ADBA or AADR will register a ckc dog.. something you could check into if you are serious about competeing
otherwise the IWPA for sure

I've heard that the CKC has their own pulls. You could do any of the all-breed pull clubs like IWPA, APA, UPF. I don't think UKC will take CKC papers (we're talking Continental KC and not Canadian KC, right?) to single-register an APBT. If the dog is spayed/neutered you could pull UKC under a Limited Privlege license.
