is it dangerous to breed a small female (30-35 lbs) to a larger male (50-55 lbs)? i have heard it could cause complications and problems just wondering how true this is. thanks

We just bred a 65lbs male to a 30lbs female 2 weeks ago. We had to put her in a stand just because he couldnt reach her but it worked. She was confirmed pregnant just yesterday.
